Whiskey Neat is a film production company that specializes in visual media. Emmy award-winning filmmaker Kevin Budzynski founded the company in 2011.
As a graduate of Compass Film Academy in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Kevin was given his first feature film experience on the 2008 Val Kilmer production, “The Chaos Experiment.”
Working in the editorial department, he worked closely with the Director, Producers, and Editor, while gathering first-hand knowledge from true film professionals.
Throughout production of, “Chaos,” he learned how to work with cutting-edge technology and understand the workflow process required to complete a feature film.
During post-production, he was given the opportunity to edit substantial sections of the finished product, and was awarded an Associate Producer credit for his work.
In 2010, Kevin was selected by the Producer and brought on to edit the action adventure film, “Game of Death,” starring Wesley Snipes and Zoe Bell. He quickly brought a new energy and vision to a project that was having numerous post-production difficulties.
The film industry has taken Kevin around the globe, including Atlanta, Los Angeles, Detroit, Monterey, Romania, and Tel Aviv. Every opportunity has given him a different learning experience and challenge to conquer, and he is now taking the lead at the creative level with Directing, Producing, and Editing.
Telling a story is giving an audience a glimpse into a person’s mind, body and soul. Some tell it only with a pen or spoken words.
Whiskey Neat is the outlet Kevin uses to bring his creative concepts to life on screen, allowing his inspired visuals to tell the complete story, while making a finished product that thousands of viewers can enjoy.
